How corrections work
Field Notes are drafted by an AI assistant from primary sources and reviewed against those sources before publication. When a reader or we find a mistake, we change the page, update its “Updated” date, and keep the source links so the fix can be checked. Satire chapters are opinion and parody, but the fact checks under them follow the same rule. Opinions are always marked as “Our take (opinion, not fact).”
What to send us
The most useful message has the page address, the sentence you think is wrong, and a link to a primary source (an official page, a document, a court or regulator page). Story tips are welcome too. We do not offer investment, legal or tax advice by email.
